On the nose, it offers an elegant and complex bouquet with floral notes of broom and lily of the valley, followed by crisp yellow-fleshed fruit such as Golden Drop plum and apricot. These aromas evolve into citrus hints of citron and grapefruit, enhanced by a subtle mineral, almost iodine-like nuance, and delicate balsamic, minty notes.
FLAVOUR
On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and harmonious, with breadth and complexity. Well-defined acidity and an intriguing savory note highlight its strong connection to the terroir.
