Whoever visits Ca' Bolani becomes involved in a cultural and learning experience that starts off in the vineyard before going on to the processes of vinification and maturation and ends up with a tasting of the Estate’s wines together with typical local food products, such as cold cuts and cheeses.
Ca' Bolani is situated between Palmanova and Aquileia, in the heart of the mediaeval (12th century) hamlet of Strassoldo, immersed in a splendid park replete with century-old trees. Here, by the side of a small lake full of extremely fresh and pure spring water, one can enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of unspoilt natural surroundings.
A drive flanked by two seemingly endless rows of cypress trees greets the visitor and a guided tour of the vineyards can be carried out:
- in one’s own coach or minibus, for larger groups;
- by following the preset routes on a mountain bike, for sports lovers who are seeking contact with nature;
- in a jeep, for a limited number of visitors.
Visits can be made between Monday and Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday for groups by prior appointment (the duration can vary between 45 minutes and 2 hours): to book please contact our Hospitality Manager by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +39 0431 32670. We can also arrange personalized visits for individuals or groups of a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 60. Ca' Bolani can also host work-related events and meetings.
“To produce great wines and offer a special place where people can feel at their ease: those were the dream and the goal of my family. That dream has now become a reality that my family and I wish to share with whoever visits Ca' Bolani, a veritable garden of vines.”
