Thanks to continuous and tenacious effort over the last forty years, Ca' Bolani is today an exemplary and efficiently operating wine company: its about 550 hectares of vines exist in perfect harmony with the surrounding rural environment and the buildings have been restored to excellent working order, due to the long-term vision of the Zonin family, guided as it is by ecologically sustainable principles. Domenico Zonin, in charge of the technical department for the family’s estates, maintains that “’ecological sustainability in agriculture - and in particular in wine production – is fundamental, because respect for the environment and for the consumer is a constant feature of our corporate mission.”
The winery of Ca' Bolani has been designed and built according to eco-sustainable criteria. The modern photovoltaic system, installed on the roof of the cellar, covers 20% of the energy requirements of the same, with the prospect of being expanded to meet more than 50%.
The winery is equipped also with state-of-the-art production and vinification systems that allow to maintain the typical characteristics of each variety of grapes.
