FRIULI DOC AQUILEIA

This terroir perfectly represents the Aquileia DOC appellation and the best bunches of Pinot Bianco grapes. These are the ingredients that yield this white wine, a wine capable of arousing intense sensations when young and deep emotions with ageing. The single vineyard is enclosed in a small stretch of land fitting seamlessly and admirably into the environment. Old vines, rapid crushing of the grapes, low-temperature fermentation and slow, patient ageing in large barrels enhance its fundamental characteristics. In the glass we find varietal nuances, ripe fruit, accents of large wood, a bold aroma and a broad and enveloping mouthfeel.

Bright and shiny straw yellow in colour with delicate golden reflections.

SCENT

Spicy and mineral notes initially dominate the delicate hints of acacia blossom, which re-emerges in the glass with refined tenacity, together with elegant balsamic notes reminiscent of liquorice wood.

TASTE

The palate is full, rounded, enveloping, supported by a pleasant and harmonious acidity. The mineral flavour that balances the sweet notes of acacia honey is captivating. Excellent correspondence between nose and palate.
