In the lush vine park of Ca' Bolani stands our Wine Bar. An elegant space in which lovers of good wine, from all over the world, can taste and buy our wines.
Whilst its 570 hectares of vineyard exist in harmonious interplay with the surrounding rural environment, business activities have been developed, with total respect for sustainable growth, to the highest level of efficiency thanks to the foresight of the Zonin family and its collaborators.
AN ECO-SUSTAINABLE SPACE
The Ca' Bolani winery was designed and built according to eco-sustainable criteria. The modern photovoltaic system, installed on the roof of the winery, covers 20% of its energy needs, with the prospect of being expanded to meet over 50%. The structure is also equipped with modern production and winemaking systems that enable it to maintain the typicality of the individual varieties.
